Α. Online ordering
By submitting an online order, finding the products you are interested in, and clicking on “Cart” and “Complete order” you will follow the steps (as described below) to complete your order. You should choose the wanted delivery point and the easiest payment method. After the order submitting and success registration, you will immediately receive an automated email with the unique code and all the required details.
Online order submission guide
- Find the product you are looking for by searching the product code, keywords or navigating to the category you are interested in. Filters will help you find the product quickly. Go to the product page and read the descriptions carefully. We have detailed descriptions and photos to help you choose.
- If the product is what you want, select the quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to the shopping "Cart".
- If you want to add another product, you can continue browsing. When you finish your selection, click the "Cart" button, then on "Complete order".
- You can make your purchase as a visitor or as a member. If you already have an account, log in with your credentials before proceeding to the next step. If you have not and want to create one, fill in the password field and click "Continue".
- Fill in your personal information for purchase order, and/or the required information for invoice, then click "Continue".
- Choose your preferred receiving/shipping method (ELTA Courier, transportation, pick up in-store) and click "Continue".
- Finally, choose the desired payment method (credit card, cash on delivery, deposit, payment in-store) and click "Submit" to submit the order. Depending on the chosen payment method, you have one more step:
- Selecting the credit card option, you will be transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus bank to complete the transaction.
- Selecting the cash on delivery option, you have complete the order, and the ELTA Courier representative must receive the payment.
- Selecting deposit option, you will receive an email with the bank account details where you should deposit the exact payment amount.

In case you wish to buy the products in the store or company’s warehouses, you will have the opportunity to meet our highly trained staff and receive the products you have chosen by paying only their value.
The opening hours of our stores (except holidays) are:
Main store – at 18 Agiou Georgiou Street, Megalopoli, 22200, Arkadia.
- Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (only for goods pickup)
- Branch – at Leoforos Mikis Theodorakis Street, Tripoli, 22100, Arkadia
- Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (only for goods pickup)
- Saturday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (only for goods pickup)
D. Order cancellation / modify
Before completing your online order, you can modify the quantity of the products or remove one or all of the products you have placed in your basket by clicking on the "Basket" option. If you have completed your order and it has not yet been shipped, you can contact the company's Customer Service department at +30 27910 25 655 or via email at our email address email@example.com and our authorized partner will immediately handle the cancellation. If your order has already been invoiced and shipped to the destination of your choice, no cancellation is possible.
